Quality

From the moment of foundation quality became the main priority for the company. So as far back as 1998 BIG Filter was one of the first Russian manufacturers of automobile filters to get ISO 9002 certificate, and afterwards ISO 9001. In summer 2011 international quality certificate ISO/TS 16 949 was received, which covers production of cars and automobile components and which is obligatory for becoming supplier of foreign automobile concerns.
In June 2018 the Company has successfully passed certification of compliance with requirements of IATF 16 949 standard which was created on the basis of experience by ISO/TS 16 949.

The Company applies all the quality management tools, used in automobile industry:

1. APQP – Advanced Product Quality Planning.
2. PPAP – Production Part Approval Process.
3. FMEA – Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
4. SPC – Statistical Process Control.
5. MSA – Measurement System Analysis.

Control of production process is arranged on all the phases of product life cycle.

• Control and acceptance of 1st good part in each operation of production process.
• Control of production parameters.
• Identification and traceability of raw materials, components and final product.
• Сontrol and test for final product.

Yearly audits of production process, performed by auto concerns and global filter manufacturers, every time re-confirm high quality of production. Here are results of just a few of them:

• 2019 – 89,44 points of 100 by GAZ Group evaluation (Result GREEN);
• 2018 – 92 points of 100 by VW evaluation (А rating);
• 2016 – PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN AUDIT De DIAGNOSTIC, Result MEDIUM, YELLOW;
• 2015 – 87 points of 100 by VALEO evaluation;
